ROW 66 level sensors and switches are designed for the demanding needs of construction, agricultural, and heavy-duty equipment. Whether measuring engine coolant, DEF, fuel, or oil levels, our sensors and switches match the fit and function of the original equipment and are engineered for robust durability
ROW 66 uses 2 types of technology for level sensors. Capacitance-based sensors measure the change in capacitance that occurs when tank levels change and generally provide a continuous signal to the ECM. Reed sensor technology, used in the industry for over 30 years, is used for float-type level switches. When the float nears the reed switch, it moves a magnet close to the switch and opens or closes a circuit
ROW 66 is firmly committed to being a high-quality sensor manufacturer. Our team continues to make use of experience in the innovation of new products. Our products are developed using rigorous bench testing criteria to replicate vibration, temperature extremes, mechanical stresses, harsh chemical exposure, and other environments that simulate on-vehicle use.
ROW 66 level sensors are functionally tested 100% on the assembly line before shipping to ensure the highest level of quality
ROW 66 develops products to monitor and control in the areas of fuel, oil, water/coolant, gas, exhaust, and speed. Our team's expertise in the use of ceramic, thermistors, sputtered thin film, capacitance, and silicon technologies addresses the robust applications in Construction, Agricultural, and Heavy-Duty vehicles
